Works in the folk-modern style.

The early period is associated with textiles (over 120 batik products), textile sculpture, installations.

In painting, she works with acrylics on canvas. The main cycles “Meal with the Cherubs” are known (over 30), “Zillya” (over 50), which contain the deep meaning of spiritual and everyday traditions and the archaic compositional forms.

The next period in Tatyana’s work is painted wood. Three dozen old chests were restored and painted.

Boards and levkas were combined into a voluminous cycle “Figures” (over 60 works).

The theme of the project is sacred, executed in the artist’s characteristic folk-modern manner.

Tatyana Myalkovskaya is the initiator of many charitable projects in which art therapy is widely used:

“Golden Dialogues” (corrective master classes with children with musculoskeletal disorders and diagnosed with cerebral palsy);

– the annual project “I Give My Heart to Children” (charitable art therapy project with children with mental and psycho-emotional developmental delay from boarding school village of Zabolottya);

-cooperation with a medical and health center in the village of Polyana, in Transcarpathia (art therapeutic correction of children with autism spectrum);

-children’s camps and widespread use of art therapeutic techniques at the Rehabilitation Center in Transcarpathia “Izky” (creative summer workshop;

-extensive experience (28 visits) in relieving stress disorders of soldiers – participants in hostilities in the ATO zone in the projects “Warm the Soul” and “Art Shot” during field intensive seminars at rehabilitation and sanatorium bases in Ukraine for 4 years;

-working with children in conducting art master classes and art therapeutic seminars -for 6 years at the summer school for studying the Polish language in the integration center “Zamlynya”;

-participation in the international project “Circle of Good” with art therapeutic rehabilitation of children from the gray zone in the east (Novodruzhsk) on the basis of the Goshiv Monastery.

-26 visits of the rehabilitation project for children affected by the war “Warm Hands”, Zamlynya Integration Center;

-Monthly art therapy sessions with wounded soldiers on the basis of the rehabilitation center in Morshyn, Lviv region

Tetyana Myalkovska is a certified specialist in anti-stress techniques in working with PTSD and Eastern European art therapy techniques with children and adults.

For the past 4 years, Tetyana Myalkovska has been taking an active public position, working in the field of cultural dialogues and diplomacy in the USA, Germany, Poland and other European countries, holding art exhibitions, master classes and art therapy events with the aim of drawing attention to Ukraine.

Actively participates in the search for partners and attracting funding for the implementation of charitable projects to help children and military personnel affected by the war.
