Graduated from Lviv Polytechnic Institute with a degree in architecture and design.

Studied pedagogy and psychology at the Faculty of History of the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv.

Senior Lecturer at the Department of Humanitarian Education, Methodologist at the Office of Coordination and Methodological Activities of the Cultural Center of the LOIPPO.

Art historian, publisher, art and editor-in-chief of the All-Ukrainian educational and artistic magazine Artklass; author, co-author, compiler, designer of 45 professional publications; Founder of the Lviv Children’s Gallery Charitable Foundation, collector of children’s art, Head of the ‘AGLE’ Art Consortium, which launched the Children’s Art Peace Relay in 2022, an international marathon of children’s art exhibited in museums and galleries around the world, telling the truth about Ukraine’s struggle for freedom and its European choice through the language of artistic images.

In order to elevate the role of the phenomenon of children’s art in society and to help art teachers and children with special needs with their adaptation to the socio-cultural environment, since 2003, she has been successfully implementing various cultural and educational programs and projects and founding:

• The first Gallery of Children’s Art in Lviv (31.03.2003 at 17 Soborna Square);
• Children’s Gallery “Golden Easel” in the open air on St. George’s Square in Lviv;
• The Children’s Gallery “Golden Easel” in the open air in the center of Lviv “Na Valakh”, which is now located in the courtyard of the Bernardine Church in Lviv;
• The Golden Easel Gallery of Children’s Art in the Lviv Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Stryiskyi Park);
• Children’s Gallery “Golden Easel in Eastern Ukraine” opened in the Museum of Local Lore in Stanytsia uhanska (now annexed by russia);
• The annual Golden Easel International Children’s Art Forum (Forum);
• Annual International Children’s Art Contest “Golden Easel” (Contest);
• The artistic grand prize – the Golden Easel Grand Prix made of precious metal and diamond, which is awarded annually to the winner of the Competition on June 01.

In order to popularize Ukrainian culture among the teachers of Ukraine and a wide circle of the public, she founded the Artclass publishing house and magazine in order to publish original books on Ukrainian and world art on their basis, to publish scientific studies aimed at the revival of the cultural heritage of Ukrainian art and to popularize both professional and phenomenal art children’s art

Based on the results of many years of scientific and pedagogical activity, she published dozens of scientific articles and methodical recommendations in various publications and magazines; published a unique monographic manual “Thousands of Children’s Masterpieces”, which contains scientific research in the field of children’s art pedagogy, illustrated with hundreds of works of children’s masterpieces from her own collection.

For her significant contribution to the development of national culture and art, Olha Mykhailiuk was awarded numerous certificates and thanks and was awarded: * Medal “For merits in the development of the information sphere” (consecration No. 182 dated 14.12. 2005) * Jerusalem Cross (consecration No. 18 of 01.06.2017).
